Copy of Score Card purportedly published on 04.06.2024, as filed on behalf of the NTA, is also taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier in order to download a copy of Score Card, a candidate was required to give the application number. However, the norms changed thereafter. When the petitioner tried to download a copy of the Score Card published on 04.06.2024, the document that came out has been annexed at page 15 of the writ petition. At that point, the petitioner did not try to match the score

number and roll number. However, subsequently the score sheet was revised.

Learned counsel for the NTA denies the allegations made in the writ petition and submits that even the QR Code for the document annexed at page 16 of the writ petition as annexure P-3 was not working.

It is quite incredulous that the petitioner would approach this Court for relief with a document that she would know to be fake.

At this stage, on instructions of the petitioner who is present in Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application as still there is a chance that she may be called for counselling on the basis of the revised marks. On such prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is clarified that the merits of the case have not been gone into.
