There is an error apparent in the order dated September 25, 2023. Number of the police case was wrongly typed as 341 of 2023 while it should be 541 of 2023.

Such error apparent on the face of the order dated September 25, 2023 be corrected.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
