The writ petitioner having claimed herself to be an empanelled candidate has challenged the selection process, in which the private respondent has emerged as a successful candidate as well as the order recalling cancellation of the said final panel prepared.

The private respondent has filed affidavit-inopposition whereas the State respondent has filed a report pursuant to the direction of this Court. 3.

The stand of the State to have mitigated the irregularity and revising and resubmission of the panel has been explained in the said report.

Be that as it may, the writ petitioner is unable to produce any document supporting her claim that she has been empanelled in the said process as a successful candidate.

The writ petitioner being an unsuccessful candidate has come up in this writ petition, subsequently, to

challenge the process which unfortunately, she is not entitled to do under the law.

On the ground as above, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

7.

The writ petition being WPA No. 16882 of 2012 is dismissed.
