It appears that the CRR 3139 of 2024 in the last line of paragraph 18 at page no. 7 in the order dated 28th March, 2025 is wrongly stated instead of CRR 3395 of 2022.

Let the necessary correction be incorporated thereat along with server copy of the said order.

Learned Trial Court is directed to act on the server copy of the order.

This modification would be a part of judgment. Other part of the order remains unaltered.
