The petitioner's application seeking certain information under the Right to Information Act filed before the SPIO and the Assistant Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission has not been disposed of.

Without going into the merits of the prayer of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the SPIO to take steps in response to the application made under the Right to Information Act by the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
