1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits and lastly in February, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
