In 2nd line of paragraph 2, Page 1, of the judgment dated 10th March, 2025 the word "2022" shall be read as "2023".

In page 5 of paragraph 9, the word "In case of differential amount, if any, the same is to be deposited by the learned advocate representing the appellant/Insurance Company." be added.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 10.03.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
