1. Heard learned Advocate for both the parties.

2. In a fight between two groups arms were used and four victims have suffered simple injury by pallets.

3. Regard being had to the gravity of offence and genesis of events as unfolded from the case record, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
