The impugned order of transfer dated 8th August, 2024 communicated to the petitioner vide communicating letter dated 9th August, 2024 has since been cancelled. The cancellation has been intimated by the Chairman/Secretary, DPSC, Purulia vide communicating memo dated 16th August, 2024.

As it appears that the impugned transfer order has already been cancelled, accordingly, there is nothing to decide in the instant writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.
