Report dated 14.09.2023 submitted by Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept on record. The said report reflects that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court. The petitioner approached at a stage when the investigation of the case was in progress.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are civil disputes between the parties and the present case has been initiated for wreaking vengeance by giving a civil dispute, the cloak of a criminal proceeding. Having regard to the fact that there has been change of circumstances by filing the charge-sheet, I direct that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court by way of preferring a fresh application incorporating the chargesheet and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. No interference is made at this stage. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3145 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
