CPAN 1085 of 1917 (IA NO: CAN 1/2023, CAN 2/2023) In W.P.A. 18237 of 2016 IA NO: CAN 1/2018(Old No: CAN 8975/2018) Mlrkd 02.02.2024 Ct.15 Ashok Deb Bandyapadhyay (Banerjee) -vsState of West Bengal & Ors.

Ms. Malini Chakravorty, Ms. Shampa De ....for the applicant.

Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay, Ms. Lipika Chatterjee ....for the State.

Two applications one being CAN 1/2023 for recall of the order dated 27th September, 2018 passed by a coordinate Bench whereby contempt application was dismissed for default and another being CAN 2/2023 seeking condonation of delay in presenting the recalling application are taken up for consideration.

However, on perusal of these applications it appears that in the cause title the amendment which was carried out in the cause title of the contempt application, has not been reflected. The learned advocate representing the applicant has prayed for leave to amend the cause title of these two applications so that the cause title of these two applications can be made in sync with the cause title of the connected contempt

application.

Accordingly, leave is granted to amend the cause title of these two applications in course of this day.

List the matter under the same heading for further consideration in the monthly combined list of February, 2024.
