The order dated January 7, 2022 records an undertaking on behalf of the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.13 lakhs before the Court below by the adjourned date. The application was directed to appear on March 7, 2022.

Today, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that he did not give the undertaking as recorded in such order. He also submits that the petitioners are applying for modification of the order dated January 7, 2022.

State and the de facto complainant are represented. Since the undertaking recorded on January 7, 2022 is yet to be complied with and since there is no application

as on date for modification of the order dated January 7, 2022 and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM 9007 of 2021 is dismissed.
