However, due to some miscommunication between the petitioner and the advocate, these orders were not reflected in the writ petition. On behalf of the petitioner, leave is sought for to withdraw the instant writ petition and file a fresh on the self-same cause including therein the orders of the Appellate Authority and the Authority in revision as referred to by the respondents.

Considering such submission, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the

petitioner to file a fresh including therein all documents, if otherwise permissible in law.
