We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits on the score of delay. Trial has substantially progressed. 12 witnesses have already been examined.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. 5.
