1. Let the affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the record.

2. Mr. Siddiqui, learned AGP, appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors, submits that the order has already been complied with and hands over the photocopy of the entry made in the record of rights which is taken on record.

3. By an order dated 26.09.2022, direction was passed upon the concerned authority to restore the entry in record of rights which was altered and the fact of alteration was the subject matter of challenge before the Tribunal as well as this Court.

4. Since the original entries have been restored, we think that it would sub-serve the purpose by keeping the contempt application pending.

5. The contempt application being CPAN 1130 of 2023 accordingly dismissed.
