Mr. Avijit Ganguly ...for the petitioner Ms. Sonal Sinha, Ms. Munmun Ganguly ...for the State The petitioner alleges that she is a co-sharer in respect of the property in question, but the private respondents, who are her co-sharers, are not allowing the petitioner to enter into her property. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that valuable articles are still lying in the portion of the property, which was under the possession of the petitioner.

It is well-settled that dispute with regard to title and possession cannot be decided by the writ court. The petitioner is left free to approach the civil court for appropriate reliefs in accordance with law. The learned Advocate appearing for the State files a report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Bhadreswar Police Station, dated August 27, 2024, which is taken on record.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
