Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the order rejecting the petitioner's application under the SVLDRS-I by the order dated 24th November, 2020 which was filed on 31st December, 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition except giving liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation against the aforesaid rejection order under the aforesaid Scheme within a period of four weeks from date before the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs and if such application is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered by the authority concerned in accordance with law.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 21395 of 2021 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
