Versus

The State of West Bengal and others Records of the case reflect that the writ petition was listed lastly on 13.10.2011.

The grievance of the petitioner related to a representation made to the different authorities in respect of investigation being carried out.

Having taken into account that more than 12 years have passed and there has been no persuasion in respect of the writ petition, I am of the view that at this belated stage no interference is called for by this Court.

However, petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps, if circumstances so surface, before the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, WPA 17360 of is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
