The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Ketugram Police Station to investigate into the FIR No. 209 of 2022 dated 11.05.2022 under Section 306 of the IPC.

It appears from the report of the Police that the FIR was investigated and due process of law was followed. Final report being FRMF No. 357 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022 under Section 306 of the IPC has been filed.

It appears from the submissions of the learned counsel for the State that the victim girl had a love affair with the respondent no. 11, and both of them are minors.

The petitioner may take steps against the said FRMF, inter alia, under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P. C.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
