Mr. Ibrahim Shaikh, Ms. Benazir Shaikh ...for the petitioner The writ petitioner has applied under Section 23 of the Societies Registration Act, 1961, for investigation before the State Government. The said application is pending. Prior thereto, the petitioner had approached this Court by way of WPA 7078 of 2011, where a Co-ordinate bench had sent back the petitioner's request through the Registry for not being sustainable, and the petitioner can at best be entitled to apply under Section 23 of the said Act of 1961, for investigation.
The petitioner has accordingly now applied for such investigation under Section 23 of the Societies Registration Act, 1961.
In that view of the matter, the respondent no.4 shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal and/or interest, after due notice to all affected parties, within a period of four months
from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
