Datta, learned Senior Government Advocate, submits that pursuant to the information being received, Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025 has been registered for investigation.

In view of the police authorities having taken steps by way of registering

the FIR, I direct that the police authorities will take the investigation to its logical conclusion by putting in efforts.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20323 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
