Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that prayer for anticipatory bail of the other co-accused was rejected on the ground of criminal antecedents of such coaccused. Other co-accused was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary. There is a statement of eye witnessed recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioner in the involvement of preparation of explosive devices.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4377 of 2022 is dismissed.
