Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that no order directing payment of alimony has been passed in the instant case. He further submits that the suit is at the stage of evidence of the PW-1.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite party or upon the learned

advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application this court finds that December 19, 2025 has been fixed for examination of PW-1. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner CO 3199 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 3rd Court at Barrackpore to make an endeavour to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No. 1447 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided the petitioner is not in default in complying with any direction of payment of alimony or maintenance.
