In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for relaxation of the earlier condition to the extent of reporting to the Officer-in-Charge of the police station once in a fortnight and not to leave the jurisdiction of Palashipara Police Station. The said order passed on 23.08.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner may leave the jurisdiction of Palashipara Police Station after obtaining necessary permission from the learned trial court/special court. So far as the other condition relating to meeting of the concerned Officer-in-Charge is considered, the same is waived.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
