Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court considering the material on record on February 24, 2025. There is no change in circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order on merits at this stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been detected HIV positive. The report submitted the State demonstrates that the petitioner has been detected HIV positive prior to his apprehension. He has been shifted to Malda District Correctional Home from Chanchal Special Correctional Home for providing adequate treatment. Also, adequate treatment is being provided to the

petitioner at the correctional home. Therefore the petitioner does not deserve to be released on bail on medical grounds. Accordingly prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The bail application is disposed of.
