Mr. Pinaki Dhole, learned advocate for the State has submitted that other income is well within their knowledge. He has some instruction in this regard.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) South 24 Parganas to give a break up of the said amount of family income being Rs. 28643/- by writing a letter to the petitioner by two weeks from date. If the petitioner is aggrieved he may take appropriate steps as available to him under the law. With the above order and direction, this matter is disposed of.
