At the time of filing the writ petition the issue was with relation to the election of Pradhan. All total 13 writ petitioners moved the writ petition. One of the ballot papers from the petitioners' side, i.e, the petitioner no. 10 was torn and the petitioners lost the election by one vote.

At present the petitioner no. 10 and the petitioner no. 13 both have changed sides. Because of the same, private respondents are holding the majority of the members and the Pradhan has been elected from out of the majority members.

At this stage there is no scope for any interference in this matter.

The petitioner nos. 10 and 13 are personally present in Court and they are identified by their learned advocate.

Leave to file Vakalatnama in respect of the petitioner nos. 10 and 13 in the course of the day. The personal appearance of the petitioner nos. 10 and 13 are dispensed with.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
