Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this is the pension matter and the grievance of the petitioner was non-issuance of Pension Payment Order. However, the Pension Payment Order has been issued now. A copy of the PPO has been produced before this court by the learned advocate for the State which is kept on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his client has also got the Pension Payment Order. Hence, there is no other point for adjudication of this matter. Therefore, the matter is disposed of as allowed.
