1. This matter is appearing in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the writ petitioner.

2. On 19th September, 2025 it was indicated on behalf of the respondent nos.8 and 9 that the writ petitioner filed an appeal challenging the order of the learned Single Judge as well as of the Sub-Divisional Officer, which is impugned herein and as such, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee, learned Advocate for the petitioner, also submits that the writ petition has become infructuous for the above reasons.

4. In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 20392 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. All connected applications, if any, stand dismissed.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.

8. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
