1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. It appears that a similar such application was rejected on 22.03.2023 as passed in CRM(A) 1172 of 2023. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits before this Court that since charge-sheet has already been submitted, the instant application for anticipatory bail may considered favourably.

3. Since filing of charge-sheet is not a supervening circumstances for entertaining an application for anticipatory bail for the second time, therefore, prayer for anticipatory bail is considered and rejected.
