Mr. M. Salam Mollah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the present revisional application. However, he prays for expeditious trial as date has already been fixed for evidence before the trial court. Mr. Mahammad Mehmud, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party No. 2.

Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

In view of submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the present revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned court is directed to dispose of the GR Case No. 1065 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
