Report filed on behalf on State is taken on record. The petitioner alleges that he was obstructed while trying to measure the property through 'amin'. The obstructionist have not been made parties in this writ petition. It appears from the record that in the complaint lodged before the concerned Officer-in-Charge, the petitioner has not also specified the names of the persons who created obstruction in the matter of survey. If the petitioner makes a fresh complaint disclosing the names and other particulars of the persons, who are creating obstruction in the matter of survey, the police authority shall upon considering such complaint take necessary steps in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
