Case No. 486 of 2020 dated 06/12/2020 under Sections 448/323/325/326/354/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim and considering the fact that the police submitted charge sheet, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the

petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed for trial and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 9016 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
