The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Khejuri Police Station. The Officer-in-Charge, Khejuri Police Station has submitted instructions to the Government Pleader. It appears from the said instructions that the Khejuri Police has visited the construction site and asked the private respondent not to violate the order of injunction of the civil court.

This Court is of the view that there is no inaction on the part of the Khejuri Police Station as alleged. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
