For the Respondents Learned counsel appearing for the parties have produced before us the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 21st November, 2022 in SLP(C) No. 18818 of 2022 filed by Magnet Construction Private Limited & Anr.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court set aside the impugned order dated 20th September, 2022 and direct the trial court to dispose of the injunction application finally without further delay.

In view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, nothing remains to be decided in this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal being FMA 1258 of 2022 stands dismissed along with CAN 1 of 2022.
