1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Allegations involve murder of the victim lady. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim lady. She was at the place of occurrence when the incident occurred. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
