The instructions of Inspector In-charge of Kakdwip Police Station addressed to State Advocate dated 16.12.2019 is taken on record.

The petitioner may take recourse to civil remedies with regard to any further conduct of the private respondent.

In those circumstances WPA 18882 of 2019 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
