It is the grievance of the petitioner that he participated in a selection process for the post of "Peon" under Kandi Municipality, Murshidabad but the result of the selection process has not yet been communicated to him.

Learned advocate representing the Municipality submits that one Rajesh Bagdi had been selected for the post in question and said Bagdi has been performing his duty since 2020.

In view of the aforesaid facts, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 20383 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
