The grievance of the petitioners is directed against the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities and more particularly the Pradhan being the respondent no.3 to dispose of the representation dated 9th July, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that an interloper, a third party is meddling with the land, which belongs to the father of the petitioners. Despite a representation being filed with the concerned Pradhan being the respondent no.3, the respondent no.3 has taken no action in the matter. The State is represented and submits that they have no objection if the Pradhan is directed to

dispose of the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In view of the above, WPA 20970 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 9th July, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the concerned parties, in accordance with law.

Since no affidavits are called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the respondent no.3 without being influenced by any observation or direction made in this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
