Parveen ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Suman Ghosh Mr. Monirujjaman ... for the State - Respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of the directions being passed on 20th May, 2025 in WPA 27007 of 2023, no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner has approached the police authorities, but, no documents in support of her ownership and/or possession has been placed before the police authorities.

However, so far as the issue relating to threats are concerned, a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS has been drawn up.

Learned advocate for the petitioner claims that the petitioner has documents in her possession.

Let, such documents be produced before the police authorities and the police authorities would consider the documents as they have sought for the same. It would also be for the police authorities to take into account so far as the law and order situation is concerned, they would oversee the same and if there is any violation of any law and order, the police authorities will not hesitate to register a FIR.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20544 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
