It appears from the Case Diary that charge sheet has been submitted on November 03, 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is dissatisfied with the video recording of the post mortem examination and submits that there are certain anomalies which were not recorded in the post mortem report. On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to file a narazi petition before the learned Magistrate ventilating his grievance. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take the issue of the alleged anomalies in the video recording before the learned Magistrate in the application filed by him.

Since no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending, the same is disposed of.

Case Diary is returned.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
