Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. It is submitted petitioner is in custody for 761 days. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits bail prayer of co-accuseds were rejected by this Court on a number of occasions.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and other materials implicate the petitioner in the murder. Bail prayer of co-accuseds similarly circumstanced with the petitioner have been turned down by this Court. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
