The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Misc. Execution Case No. 215 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Serampore, Hooghly on the ground that maintenance dues are outstanding since 2021 and payment is yet to be made by the opposite party.

In view of the above, learned Magistrate/Executing Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 3529 of 2024 is disposed of.
