Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. Part of the alleged booty has been recovered at the instance of the petitioner. There were several phone calls between the petitioner and the co-accused during the relevant period. All the accused appear to have been masked at the time of the alleged incident for which they have not been placed in test identification parade. The petitioner also has several criminal antecedents of similar nature to his credit. The bail prayer of one of the co-accused similarly circumstanced with the petitioner has been turned down by this Court on 3rd April, 2025.

Considering the material on record and extent of involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
