The petitioner claims that the private respondents, who are co-sharers in a land in question, are trying to sell the same without demarcation of the petitioner's share therein.

The petitioner also claims that the private respondents are threatening him.

This Court is of the view that the remedy of the petitioner is to take out appropriate civil proceedings against the private respondents.

Budge Budge Police and the Nodakhali Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and shall maintain strict vigil thereat. Any order that may be passed by the Civil Court on the police shall be strictly enforced. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
