The learned Advocate for the State-respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, as the requisition filed by the members on May 12, 2021 has died of natural death due to lapse of time.

However, as none appears on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
