Report reflects that there are no other claimants in respect of the offending vehicle No.WB 11C 3998.

In view of the aforesaid, the offending vehicle be returned to the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the Learned A.C.J.M., Uluberia, Howrah deems fit and proper. Learned Magistrate should get an assurance regarding the nature and character of the vehicle not being changed and with an undertaking to the effect that the same being produced as and when called for by the Court when the trial of the case would be in progress. With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 2713 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
