Mr. Manoj Kr. Das Mr. Aritra Kr. Thokdar .... For the Petitioner Mr. Debapriya Samanta .... For the Opposite Party Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the matter any further since the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.

In view of the above, the application being CRR 3159 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
