An order of this Court dated March 20, 2025, in writ petition WPA 19688 of 2018, has been sought to be recalled and the petitioner has also sought for an order restoring the said writ petition in its original file and number.

By dint of the order as above the writ petition has been dismissed for default.

The petitioner has pleaded the grounds that due to inadvertent mistake to follow the list of the Court by the Clerk of the learned advocate. He could not have

been represented, when the matter was called on by the Court.

The ground as above, having been found as a sufficient application filed by the applicant/writ petitioner being CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.

Hence, it is directed that the order dated March 20, 2025, be recalled and the writ petition being WPA 19688 of 2018 be restored in its original file and number.

Let this matter appear in the list along with WPA 19690 of 2018 immediately under the heading "Adjourned Hearing".
