The present revisional application has been preferred against order no. 4 dated 20.07.2022 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman, in Criminal Motion No. 44 of 2022 arising out of order dated 14.03.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Katwa, in Misc. Case No. 40 of 2021 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

By the said order the learned Sessions Judge was pleased to dismiss the criminal revision and affirmed the order dated 14.03.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Katwa. Vide the order dated 14.03.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman, passed in Misc. Case No. 40 of 2021, the learned Magistrate had granted interim maintenance to the petitioner. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no. 1 and on perusal of the order passed by the

learned Magistrate and also considering the fact that the said order is an interim order of maintenance, the criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the Misc. Case finally following the guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajnesh vs. Neha (2021) 2 SCC 324 and granting liberty to the parties to file necessary documents in support of their case.

The present revisional application is, thus, disposed of. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
